This is what i have learned in Life. Everybody around you are good to know and be with in good times. However its circumstances in life which show you the real characters of the person.
We as humans are bound to be selfish. That's an inherant quality we posess. However a moment will arises when you know that the people you stuck to during their bad times just dissapear when you need them the most. That precise moment my friends is the 'Moment of truth'. You will be saddened by the fact. However as we go along the journey of Life, such instances will make you decide whom to choose and whom to Ignore. Life they say is Viscious and trust me it will soon get you what you deserve.
I look at these moments to also gauge my own connect with others. Infact these are the moments which make me stay grounded.
A wise man once said " Once bitten Twice Shy" and i heard him really welll. Hence i will never again cross the wrong path again.

I had never been used to people sticking up for me, till about some time ago. You should know, for you were one of them.
Trust your instincts and do what makes you happy. Even if it means being there for people when they choose to not be around for you. For I have seen and I am beginning to believe, what goes around, definitely comes comes around.
